Mim and Honey bio picture

Hello there, my name is Annie Beedy.

I am a freelance natural light photographer specializing in lifestyle portraiture and editorial photography.  My work is photojournalistic in style, although I've been known to stage elaborate situations in which to insert my friends from time to time.

This blog is a stream of consciousness of sorts, a bit of storytelling, friends, family and some of the interesting folks I meet out in the world will be highlighted here, all strung together in whatever mad logic makes sense to me. If you see something that compels you don't hesitate to comment or send me an email. I love to hear from you!

Hope you enjoy.

ERIC IN DREAM LAND

Ok folks, we’ve got ourselves a strange one here.  This dream comes courtesy of Eric D. Johnson, of the Fruit Bats, whose latest record The Ruminant Band was just released on Sub Pop Records. It involves a Christmas tree light sky, towering skyscrapers made of couches, a pagan ritual and it has a surprise ending! ...

New Fruit Bats Record!

The new Fruit Bats record comes out today!  Its called The Ruminant Band and its a chooglin’ good time listen with a couple of weepers thrown in for good measure. Now I know I’m partial because Eric Johnson, I will confess right here, happens to be my old man but just take a listen and...
